this shop is suuuuch a vibe!
i looove coming here to get my plug n plays and other wax disposables. they always have something new to try which is so great!
it is my first time trying the plug n plays new 'JUSTPLAY exotics - lucky lyche' and wow! it has a yummy flavor.
i also love their new designer distillate - CAKE disposable.
it comes in a super cute packaging and the disposable comes in many different colors. i love it!
i will most definitely keep buying these products!

This dispensary's price-matching policy is deceptive. They claim to match competitors' prices, but only if you've already purchased the product elsewhere and can show a physical receipt. This requirement is not only inconvenient but clearly designed to discourage customers from actually receiving a discount. Additionally, the lack of parking at this location adds to the overall frustration. With high prices and such misleading practices, it's baffling that this place remains in business. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

The dispensary also manipulates its online reviews by offering low-quality cannabis in exchange for positive ratings. This quid pro quo arrangement explains why the reviews may not reflect the actual customer experience. If you're puzzled by the discrepancy between my negative experience and the positive reviews, this is the reason.

This was my favorite dispensary in California! I was there for a whole week and while there I visited a handful of dispensaries. Most of the people I met weren't half as nice as the guy who helped me at Off the Charts! He explained everything to me, told me stories, and made me feel very comfortable! I only met a couple of nice folks that worked at other dispensaries but not here! Their style of decor inside is very cool and funky and there are also a million different types of non alcoholic drinks. I'm definitely coming back here again when back in LA.

First time stopping by and the selection were incredible and very inexpensive.

It's a beautiful store. The team were super helpful and patient. There's parking in the front for free.

Staff was really helpful. I'm really glad I found them definitely recommend to anyone in the sherman oaks/ van nuys area. Parking is easy and great first time patient deal !

Off The Charts - Sherman Oaks

Is a cannabis store off Van Nuys Blvd, just next to Elevation Bar & Lounge, O Sumo Sushi as well as the Acura car dealership.

I live relatively close and am a supporter of cbd especially water, edibles, snacks and what not.

I'd been to another off the charts location in Palm Springs not to long ago and knew of them, so made sense to pop into the one close to home.

Like a lot of shops and dispensaries OTC - Sherman Oaks is cash only, with an atm in the back left corner.

Typically two or more people behind the rectangular counter, filled with cannabis goods in glass case displays.

They have several well organize shelves and an entire fridge wall full of beverages, desserts and things of the controlled temperature variety (some cartridges). It's colorful and inviting both from the outside, but even more so in.

While I'm not a smoker of any kind I do appreciate their beverage selection and vegan friendly gummies the most. The girl who helped me as well as rang me up was helpful. She did stay with me the entire time, even as I was shopping around which was a little odd, since nobody was doing that with anyone else in the store, haven't had that happen anywhere else cannabis related... I'm hoping it's because I was a first time shopper! I know about that UPT life.

I did get some good deals on all my purchases including a few Kanha brand products. They do seem to carry everything and it's all very streamline chic-ish

They check your identification regardless of your age, so just make sure to have a valid form of ID with you. Security is super chill and nice!

There is street parking available with 1hr time limit in front, metered parking with 2 hrs along Acura or restriction free residential parking just past the stop sign at Van Nuys Blvd/Weddington.

Overall a cool first experience. Might try out some other places like Swish in NoHo and other places I've heard good things about.

Online says everything is discounted via Weedmaps but in person it's not.
My budtender was nice but not enough for me to return to being harassed tsa style by their security guard.

What a dispensary! This place is off the charts! For real! Not just their name, but everything about it. The brands, the prices, the staff... pure gold!!!!

Big shout outs to Aaron, Carlos and Alana for always helping us out and taking their time with our selections.

The only thing I want from this shop is for them to bring back their house brand! They had it for a little while and it was top notch! It was an amazing price point... half ounce for $60 and top shelf!

I always get something different when I shop here but this time I chose Hifi Hops, Baby Jeeters and Gelato Pre-rolls.

This shop has EVERY brand that you can think of!!! You can get it all here. Best prices. Go for happy hour and you will get an even bigger discount.

The environment is poppin... always playing the best jams and everyone that works here is super nice and energetic. I feel like this place is not only the best in the valley but the best in Los Angeles! I felt so grateful to find this place. I wish I could give it 10 stars... I am a super fan of Off The Charts!

I went to the store and I bought one 1/8 and pre roll total was 73$
I tried to smoke the pre roll right away but it was very hard to hit, so I went back to the store and told the bud tender that the pre roll was not heating and it felt like it was clogged. I asked them to have a different product in exchange of the one I was returning because defective, but they told me they couldn't change it because I've already lightened up the pre roll and tried to smoke it. The pre roll was almost new, it was impossible to smoke. I feet like these was definitely pretty bad way to treat a regular customer, considering that the product was badly made. I pay for the products never ask for no discount nothing. I pay them and I expect to have good quality product!!!
